Your CSV file should include the following columns (case-sensitive):

• Name - Distributor name (required)
• Type - Type of business (e.g., Distributor, Restaurant, etc.)
• City - City where the distributor is located
• State - State/Province where the distributor is located
• Distance - Distance in miles (numeric)
• Address - Full street address
• Phone - Contact phone number
• Website - Company website URL
• Logo URL - URL to the company logo (optional)
• Unipro Market - URL to the company logo (optional)
• Unipro - Flag for Unipro
• Type - Broadline or Specialty
• Source - Where the data came from
• Zip - Zip Code

All fields except Name are optional.
